About

Daniel Brizuela was born on November 4, 1993 in Caracas, Venezuela. The youngest of three kids from Luis Eduardo Brizuela and Ana Freitas, Daniel has the passion and creativity of creating films and writing scrips.

Due to the unstable political situation of the country in the late 90's, Daniel was forced to move with his family to the United States (Longs Island, NY) in 2000. Coming from a family of artists, his grandmother (Tina Nunez) is a well known painter, and his uncles Migues Freitas and Alejandro Strauss have both been part of the film/acting/television industry in Venezuela and USA, Daniel was quickly interested in making films after graduating HS in 2012.

In the Fall of 2012, Daniel started attending one off the most unique liberal arts schools in the country, New York Film Academy.  During his time at the academy, he learned about filmmaking, writing and acting.

Throughout his young career, Daniel has written poems, novellas, fan fiction, short stories, and scrips, highlighted by his thesis in 2015, Waiting For...

Daniel is hoping to present his lastest work at a film festival, as well as, selling his lastest script Quoting Fever.

As he continues to introduce himself to the film indurstry, Daniel would love to bring his work, passion and creativity to television, video games, short films, books, and any other creative medium.

"Last Chance Works was formed to make movies that the audience would love. Last Chance's most important mission is to not only make great movies but to also work with directors and writers. It allows anything from low budget avant gardes to big budget superhero films". by Daniel Brizuela
